Diego's Winter Stew and Fresh Bread


Ingredients:

* 2 lbs chuck roast - cut into one inch cubes
* 1 large yellow onion - chopped* 4 small potatoes - diced* 3 carrots - chopped
* 1/4 C flour* 1/2 tsp fresh ground pepper
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* 1 bay leaf
* 1 stalk celery, sliced and chopped
* 1 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 1/2 C beef broth
* 1 clove garlic
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 C red wine
* 1 tbs Johnny's" Seasoning Salt

Method:

Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour, salt, pepper and pour over the meat. Stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low for either 10 to 12 hours, or high for 4 to 6 hours. Stir thoroughly before serving.
